Jason Hubbart is a ministry leader and pastor with 25 years experience in pastoral ministry, church planting, and leadership development. Originally from Southern California, Jason started his ministry career as a college and youth minister in Dallas, Texas. After several years building a campus ministry there, he and his wife Amy planted and pastored a church in Sydney, Australia, where they lived for 10 years. On returning to the U.S., Jason worked to develop a missions and church planting internship with an international church planting ministry, and coordinated missions trips with pastors and churches around the world. Jason loves helping pastors find solutions to their unique ministry challenges. He has a passion for discipleship, leadership development, and seeing pastors equipped to lead effectively. Jason has a Master's Degree in Christian Studies, with a concentration in advanced leadership theory. Jason and his wife have 3 kids and live in Atlanta, Georgia. Some of his favorite things to do are eating tacos, watching bad sci-fi with his kids, and encouraging pastors and leaders–preferably while eating tacos.
Amy has served in ministry for over 20 years as a campus pastor, women’s ministry leader, and senior pastor. Alongside her husband Jason, she helped plant and lead a church in Sydney, Australia, and helped establish leadership teams and small group discipleship structures. Amy loves the opportunity to preach and teach when she can, and is excited to empower others to experience an active, living faith in Jesus. She also enjoys pastoral counseling and encouraging pastors and ministry leaders to pursue emotionally healthy, sustainable lifestyles in ministry. Amy and Jason are the parents of three teenage children and live in Atlanta. If asked, she will insist that she is the funniest in the family, but these statements have not been independently verified.
